I've got a few Panorama LED modules/strips, and I was wondering if I would be able to plug them into a dimmer plug (like the ones you just use in your house to dim lights), and just cut back the light on one of the fixtures? I used to use it for an old reptile heater and it worked really well by just cutting back the amount of power, would this work the same, or not at all?

Dear Kyle,

Thank you so much for contacting Ecoxotic and purchasing our LED products.

As it turns out, home dimmers are designed for fluorescent and incandescent lighting systems, they are not designed for LED lighting. We do sell an inexpensive inline dimmer, you can view it here:

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Sincerely,
The Ecoxotic Team

But on your website it states that your dimmers don't work with the panorama module?

The dimmers work with the Panorama PRO modules - but not the older standard Panorama Modules.
